Four teenagers, including two 14-year-olds, were arrested earlier this month in connection with what Burien Police described as a major car theft ring at Angle Lake Transit Station in SeaTac. The arrests followed an operation lasting several weeks by the Sound Transit Special Emphasis Team, with help from Burien deputies, according to the Burien Police Department...
