I actually got into photography a little backwards.

Long before I ever picked up a camera, I loved editing. There was something about taking an image and turning it into something that felt a little more like art. Eventually, I wanted to learn the whole process and started photographing my family, our travels, and the everyday moments around us.

Over time, that grew into creating content for local businesses and brands, and I realized how much I loved using photography to tell someone else’s story.

Now I get to combine the two things I love most about the process, photography and editing, while helping people showcase something they’ve worked incredibly hard to build.

It’s definitely not where I expected photography to take me, but I’m really glad it did.

Rainy days call for warm light, quiet spaces, and a slower pace.

Photography isn’t just about documenting a space. It’s about capturing how it feels.

The same room can tell a different story depending on the light, the time of day, and the mood you’re creating.

For these images, we leaned into the warm glow of the fireplace and candles to capture the calm, welcoming atmosphere of Maine Haven Massage.

Working with Jessica was such a joy. We spent the session chatting, laughing, talking business, and before long it felt like we’d known each other for years. She was an absolute natural in front of the camera, which made creating these images so much fun.
