She’s in that phase where one day she’s all smiles,
and the next I get a dramatic look like she’s already 15 🙃

And somehow…she’s still this little person who finds a dress she loves, puts on a hat, and decides it’s time to model.

I’m fully enjoying age 5 where she’s still squishable and loves being with me (most of the time). I am scared for teenage years with what she’s shown me so far though 😂

I talk to so many moms.
Friends, family, clients.
And this comes up all the time: that quiet guilt of feeling like we should be doing more.

I FINALLY started something that’s been on my list forever.
Gathering all those little printed memories that live in random drawers and photo strips on the fridge (to the point you actually don’t even know what color your fridge is……..💁🏻‍♀️)

But there’s something about holding a photo that no screen can match, right?
The way your kid’s face lights up when they see themselves, or when they ask a million questions about that day.
My daughter’s is always the classic “where am I?” 😅

It’s been on my mind a lot lately as I’ve been planning something special for the holidays 🤩
Something that celebrates having these moments off our phones and in our hands again.

It’s coming soon.

Now the hard truth…how many photos do you have with them?

I know.
I have to remind myself of this all the time.
You’re part of their memories too.

One day, they’ll want to remember your hug, your laugh, your presence.
And they’ll look for you in their childhood photos.
