These photos make me think of warmer days,
Wide open fields,
Fresh(er) air,
Shewing away gnats from my lens,
Gratitude for the soft breeze that comes & goes,
Laying in the grass,
Capturing 3 sisters
In the midst of play.

And I realize what a gift it is to bear witness to this raw, unadulterated beauty while I pause and let the emotion wash over me.

And time continues to run at lightening speed.

This is why my camera does not leave my hand during a lifestyle photoshoot. I turned to see him standing there, quietly, in his daddy’s tie, lookin’ all GQ 😄
And as my finger pressed the shutter I was reminded of why I started this in the first place.
