How do you feel..?

I love a before and after. It shows the impact a mural can have. Adding color or a simple design can change how we feel. 🙂

Here’s why:

Warm colors (reds and oranges) can increase our energy or even agitation, while cool colors (blues and greens) tend to calm the nervous system.

Abstract or flowing shapes tend to soothe, while sharp or erratic lines may create tension or unease.

When we look at art it can reduce our anxiety and increase our dopamine.
