Chula Vista, eyes on …

Urgent Update on Missing dog Camila.

We have a credible possible sighting reported this afternoon.
A person reported seeing a dog matching Camila’s description and behaviors last night around 8 PM at Melrose Ave, and East Orange Ave, Chula Vista. This is a busy area just west of the 805 Freeway. She was walking northeast on Orange on the south side of the divided road near the bus stop at Melrose.

We need boots on the ground tonight and tomorrow. Kathy Johnson is on-scene and will post suggestions. 619-743-4432 is Kathy's number. Please only call her if you have information.Right now we just need to see Camilla and report her exact location and condition. We need to determine where she might be hanging out and then we can decide the best method to capture her safely. Please do not use any devices such as squawkers, whistles or calling her name. This dog is likely to spook if approached. In the meantime please keep posting fliers and asking people in this busy area if they may have seen her.
