I lost one of the greatest loves in my life recently, my mom. It’s a heartache that can never be understood unless you have lost a parent. It’s also brought reflection on how blessed I am to have had such an amazing woman guide my life to adulthood and then share the journey of my life as I started my own family. She was my biggest fan, in everything I did. When I started my business and not a single person knew who I was she was the one shouting my name from rooftops. After every single wedding she would text me and ask me to call her as soon as I could so she could hear every detail. She knows so many of your stories because I shared them with her. She was one of the most selfless women I have ever known, and she always found a way to show love to anyone in need. Her loss has also brought reflection as my family and I have spent countless hours reminiscing over her spectacular life as we’ve gone through thousands of cherished photographs.
So first I’m going to say… please.. print your photos. Have tangible memories in your hands. There will come a day when those images are so precious to you, and the people you share them with.
In honor of my mom, if you’re one of my past couples, please reach out to me because I would like to gift you with a free print of your choice from your wedding of a loved one. It can be a parent, a grandparent, a best friend, your favorite cousin. I hope in my mom’s memory that you too can hold an image in your hands and feel love.
Xo,
Allie
P.S tell the people you cherish you love them as often as you can, this gift of life is so special when shared ❤️🫶🏻
