Having our kids by our side at our wedding was surreal. We’ve been there for all of their milestones. And, now they stood by us for one of ours. As my son jokingly (hopefully) put it, “Dad, you didn’t ask me to be your Best Man, you appointed me!” 🤔🙈🤣

Had an awesome father-daughter pull-up competition, then a flex-off at the gym on Father’s Day with my eldest daughter Mandy. So amazing to see her determination and steady improvement over the past several months. Then we refueled the right way… with donuts! Doesn’t get any better than that!
