Whether you’ve spent months perfecting your birth preferences or you’re "going with the flow," the moment things take an unexpected turn can feel like a whirlwind.

In those moments, the room can get loud and things can start to move fast. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed or even disappointed but remember, you are still the center of this story.

As your doula, I am the calm in that storm.

My job isn’t to stick to a piece of paper, it’s to stick to you.

I’m there to help you hit the "pause" button, ask the important questions, and ensure you have the information you need to make the best decision for your body and your baby. Whether the plan changes slightly or completely, I am right there, steady and grounded.

You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported. No matter how your birth unfolds. 🤍

Witnessing this birth was a true privilege. ✨

Jocelyn and Maria were in total sync throughout an unexpected, over 24-hour induction. Watching their resilience was nothing short of inspiring. When the journey led to a cesarean, I was honored to be invited into the OR by the birth team to keep capturing their story.

To see a cesarean birth firsthand was one of the most moving experiences of my career. I’m still in awe of the strength in that room.
