Smith Security exhibited unacceptable behavior, demonstrating a lack of compassion and rudeness. Upon attempting to drop off my mother, who has worked for Doctor Fit for 40 years, at the Dominion residence, I encountered security personnel who refused assistance. Despite having a picture of my ID and an expired physical ID, they denied entry and refused to es**rt my mother to her residence, merely two miles away. When I requested supervision, they sarcastically suggested calling 911. My mother, still grieving the loss of her brother and recovering from triple bypass surgery, was forced to walk 1.5 miles in distress. This experience contrasts sharply with the exemplary customer service taught by Marriott Hotels, emphasizing compassion and a willingness to assist beyond mere protocol. Customer service is an attitude not a department.
I asked to call Doctor and he said “ we don’t do that”
Could you kindly give her a lift “we don’t that”
She got off my truck and crying.
I called the office and asked him if they see my mother. Could you tell her that I went to go get my ID and my baby and I’ll be there to pick her up guess what he answered with ?????? We don’t do that.
Just for the record SAP says to serve and protect , let’s not confused the two. On top of that mom left her phone at my house.
Smith Security good personal is hard to find but they also represent your company. None of the 5 guards on duty cared to help.
