In this video, we head out to the Baker 3 Ranch in Rocksprings, Texas for an epic free-range archery axis deer hunt. We decided to flip the script for this trip—Kirt stepped behind the lens to guide and film, while Jon traded the camera for his bow to take the shot.

Watch as Kirt guides Jon onto a massive 32" non-typical axis buck with a freak drop tine. Jon settles in and punches a broadhead through at 35 yards, setting a brand-new personal record! The setup delivered lethal results—the buck didn't even make it 60 yards from where he was hit.
