There was a time when nature could be at peace in our city parks.
Now, it’s banging two by fours and flying explosive devices overhead!
It’s not natural for there not to be an Egret in the San Antonio River in the park!
But a plan developed under the public radar has caused a domino effect that the city should be held liable for!
