Congratulations to Kalina + Ricky who tied the knot over the weekend at Harper Hill Ranch. HHR always feels like home and it was great to be back to celebrate these two. There were some unique twists to this one that I especially loved, (like ditching the traditional guest book for signed vinyl records and tossing t-shirts into a lively crowd rather than a bouquet, to name a few. I had the pleasure of capturing a surprise proposal yesterday and everything went beautifully. It’s always tough to be incognito when I have all my gear on me, while pretending to be “just another guy on his phone” before jumping into action, but I love it! The emotions you’re able to capture in such a raw, genuine moment are second to none. Btw… she said YES 💍🙌🏼!

What can I say about Kori + Trey… Seriously one of the most genuine, fun-spirited couples I’ve ever worked with. Their wedding at The Fields over the weekend was simply stunning with cool temperatures and a little rain, but hey… that’s just good luck in my eyes ;).
