Closing out June with a session that’s been on my heart for almost a year now. I originally wanted to share this at the start of Pride Month, but something told me to save it for last because this story deserves its own special moment.
This was such a beautiful session to celebrate Will’s move to Texas and their girls! We came up with the idea to do this in a fun and meaningful way to capture this new chapter not just in photos but also by creating a family canvas together, something colorful and full of personality, just like them.
This shoot also holds a special place in my heart because one of these amazing humans, Dr. Dente Ellis, was part of Sofia’s journey to the world. 🥹 Cue the tears. I’ll never forget how calm, safe, and heard he made me feel during one of the biggest and scariest moments of my life. Truly just the most compassionate and incredible human I have the honor of knowing… and now have the privilege of calling a friend. 🤍 if you’re looking for an OB he’s your guy!
