I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted. 2023 had a busy ending with an increase with branding work in 2024. That’s good! On the other hand, life has also brought a few challenges and continues to do so. It’s okay to have challenges because that brings personal growth. Today, my father and I still have vintage cameras for sale. So we’ll get them posted soon! As I go though these cameras I also find old magazines from the 70s-90s and I absolutely love seeing these ads! I remember that effects were filters on the lens, soft focus lenses, and manipulation in the darkroom. There were no presets, or plug ins to buy. Just old school creativity and imagination. Keep shooting my buena gente!!

He e you ever heard of the Helios bokeh lens? Nombreshutup! It’s an beautiful circle bokeh behind your taco sharp subject. I have a chrome 58mm Zenit Helios f2 lens with original caps, shade and filters for black and white. Super clean old school Russian lens. This lens can be adapted to Leica M, Pentax screw mount, and a few others with the correct adapter.

On the late train from La Souterraine to Paris. I’m only carrying my Leica M6, 35mm Summicron, and my favorite walk around lens the 21mm Super Angulon ASPH. Ill be shooting and for the next few days.
