Hook

When you’ve gotta be fast and mobile, a cart is a necessity. Keeping everything close by for quick changes will save your life, but tbh they just look cool. I had the .global cart , it’s pretty solid, no major complaints. Gets the job done. And then I ran FX6 cause let’s be real you can’t beat it for stuff like this. batteries, 702 monitor cage.

I kept cases down low, and was going back and forth to and sticks. .lighting 80c on the cart for fast handheld lighting to give quick hits of light, and I kept the meter on top to check in house lighting

Commercial work looking so fun hot and sweet. The goal was to make the world look bright and lively but not washed out, getting a mid/high key look is tough. We shot Alexa mini and panchro, my favorite all time kit.

To balance the daylight we needed some punch to our power, all day we used .lighting storms and novas to get the job done. We used the same setup and shifted for each shot but essentially our storm 1200x’s were sun coming hard from outside at about 4400k. The edge light was a nova 9 at daylight. And our “key” was a two light setup; nova 1x1 directly to the side as a harder edge, and then a storm 1000c book light thru 8x8 1/2 grid as a soft wrap/fill almost from the front

Got a sneak peak of the new Osmo pocket 4P and they’re claiming 17 stops of DR in DLog2….. sounds impressive. Cant wait to look at footage and see for myself

Who doesn’t love a tidy rig

Been playing a lot with this Pyxis 12k. A lot I like and a lot I don’t, but more pro’s than cons. Super simple barebones run gun Cine setup. baseplate and gold mount plate, gold mount 150’s .official mantis glass looks fantastic with 3:2 sensor, all going thru .official poco to get internal nd. Used the Blackmagic monitor up top and everything lives on stix forever

Was playing around getting some pickup shots for a very special project, and needed some hood mount stuff, lent me his kit which worked great for this. Had a with some sweet super tak photo lenses to get this look

Easy fix!

Came across a tight corner the other day and combatted that with an .lighting MC pro with a bubble on it and mounted it using my x cinejaws! Link in bio for them hehe
