And just like that, we’re done serving at Good Shepherd. Tonight was our last time serving in worship at the 11:00 p.m. Christmas Eve service, and that honestly feels a little unreal.

This church has been such a gift to us. We’re so thankful for the people here the relationships, the love, and the way we’ve gotten to walk together and share Jesus. As we were leaving tonight, I got pretty emotional. I’m excited for what’s ahead, but my heart is definitely grieving having to step away from such an incredible church family.

Thank you for walking with us, praying with us, and loving us so well. We will always be grateful for our time at Good Shepherd.

We were treated to the most delicious Indian food, followed by an impromptu guitar lesson that somehow ended with all of us singing Feliz Navidad together. With our time here coming to a close, moments like this mean everything and will stay with my heart.

I had the honor of capturing a special moment for the Lopez family that truly touched my heart. Dave Lopez, a dear friend to so many, always dreamed of getting the whole family together for a photo. Though life kept them from gathering in time, we found a way to make his wish come true. With a little creativity, Dave is right there with his family, just where he belongs. ✨
