PART 1:
It is a never-ending struggle to keep this tortoise off the back porch. The latch is broke on the back door so I will get locked out if I don’t prop it open when I go out to collect eggs or do anything outside 🙄

In this week’s episode of what Till is eating that he shouldn’t be… my Beauty Berry bush! Caught him!

In his defense, a lot of the diet that our native Gopher Tortoises eat is the same as the Aldabra tortoise. I grew this beauty berry for the tortoises and it’s lucky they let it get to a good size without killing it.
