My editing style is full of contrast, creamy and true to color. No matter how hard I try to something new, I always go back to this for my clients. There are so many photographers who I admire that edit images to have grain and soft texture with film as their inspiration. While I don't edit like this, I love trying. Black and whites remind me of my mama. She was my inspiration and something I carry with me to every session. I wish she could see me now.
This edit is all film, grain, soft texture + clarity. Sometimes I include these in proofing galleries when the image calls to me. This image did just that. Enjoy the KLP film edit 🤍🖤

It’s honestly one of the biggest compliments I could ever receive.
