Such a beautiful day of honoring the late Tupou’s 1 year + celebrating Tasi’s 70th birthday💜 This was a special one. The Uluilakepa’s has always been a light in our church ward and every time they walked in together, you could just feel the love and faith they live by through their smiles. The love they’ve built together is a legacy that will always shine. Truly grateful I was able to document this for them and their families🥹 You can tell the OG’s had the most fun😂

We took Marianna’s grad photos at the bar her dad built which was such a meaningful space to capture this moment before walking the stage ✨

You go further when you remember where you started 🇹🇴

The moment Saiah arrived, his mom and aunty were right there, ready to help him into his traditional attire. Just by watching them wrap the ta’ovala and adjust every detail with so much care and intention before we started shooting… I knew it was going to be a special one.
⁣
It was a reminder that we never graduate alone. Behind every graduate is a village, the people who’ve poured into us, lifted us up, and helped carry us across the finish line🥹

Watching seniors embrace their culture in such meaningful ways has been one of the most beautiful parts about grad season🤎 Congratulations ! Keep shining and rising!💫
