are listed unless specifed otherwise or posted differently (specials and or deals), pricing is set as is advertised and already at a marked down or lo
wer price than average Photographer rate. Sample Photos will be provided for your viewing and confirmation, young5photography may be used on all sample photos that you view as a Water Mark to indicate that it is Copyrighted & private property under (Y5P) until purchased and officially released, all expenses must be paid in full and also finalized before any/all Photoshoot Pictures are released to you in their entirety for your personal catalog. Photography Pictures taken and provided are shot in their natural settings, lighting, and elements, with many variables and many factors going into the quality and outcome of the said Photos. I use and I rely heavily on the naturalness of set surroundings and location, some shading device's can be utilized to manipulate surrounding light, as well as the use of some artificial lighting efforts, effects, and techniques, I do NOT use PhotoShop or Photo Editing Software on my clients Photos, I will only use edit software for/on my Photos for very specific edits for marketing use or promotional. General Deposit Required Upfront is half of your total cost of service, Deposit is non refundable, deposit Forfeited if Cancelation or Notification is not given or Rescheduled with me within the 24hrs of set date, time and location of the initial transaction for Photography Session. There is a no Refund policy, but a Rescheduled shoot may take place at a later date with no additional deposit required if said Client has given proper/timely notice of cancellation. If said Client does not give or fails to give proper/timely notice of cancellation for said Rescheduled Session the client will forfeit deposit, if said client opts to then reschedule a 2nd time with me then an additional deposit of $50 will again be required as initial deposit cost has been forfeited. Additional Fees will be added onto Set Photo Price if you are 30 mins late or more and or if last minute location/setting is moved or theme is changed or Additional Services are added on last minute to your original service work order that differ. Please Note, Session Service's begin at agreed upon start time, NOT when you arrive if you are in fact arriving late for session or having to wait for additional party. Note: I reserve the right to a safe, sound and hassle free work environment as well as my working staff, I also reserve the right to suspend, reschedule, cancel or terminate any event that has been agreed upon, If a Client/Client's or 3rd Party in Association or in Addition to Said Client's in any way, shape or form become unreasonable, aggressive, uncoropative, hostile, verbally, or physically assaultive/combative in any way, or if said person's are in a constant use of inappropriate action, language, or behavior that would be deemed as inappropriate in the work place public or private, or if in continued use of alcohol or drug's in any form during said Photography session (unless specified for use as props) can and will lose & forfeit all and any expenses they have been paid beforehand, this includes Photos taken at said Photography session, as well as forfeiting their deposit and use of any further opportunities to rebook additional services, Absolutely no refunds. $65.00 per Half Hour. Traveling Fees if Location is Going Out of General Sacramento Area North/South/East/West $40.00. Photography Session Pictures Can be obtained via, Flash Drive, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, or on Instagram Direct Messaging per your Preference. Additional Fees for Additional Flash Drives are at $5.00 Per Flash Drive if more than One is Needed. Please Allow 3-5 Business Day's for Photography Session Pictures to be looked over and Delivered.
