For the first fine in years blossom season was a total bust. Every session on the books had to be rescheduled or cancelled because of the weather and the fast bloom- so instead of posting orchard photos I wanted to share my absolute FAVORITE session from February. And for those that have been with me since my nail days… Clancy was one of my longest term and possibly most loyal clients of all time, following me from Alaska to Oakland to pretty much anywhere I went. Sometimes that meant the comfort of her Aunt Polly’s salon, sometimes that meant the new salon I built for myself a few years later, and sometimes that meant sitting on the floor using an upside down cardboard box as a table while I was in the process of moving 😂 Anyway, that was a couple of lifetimes ago for both of us and we both made our way back to Colusa County to settle down eventually. It’s THE coolest to be able to capture her with her beautiful family now and I’m pretty sure this was my favorite of all my Christmas minis this year 🎄

Finally wrapping up the final fall sessions of 2025 and what an amazing season it’s been - 65° days and fall color that stayed through it all. I recently did this little guy’s one year cake smash photos and then saw him again last week for some family photos. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a baby so obsessed with his older sisters, their love is the sweetest thing 🤍

This is the THIRTEENTH time that the McKee family has trusted me with their annual fall photos 🥹 I can proudly say that we have never once repeated a location and I can say with awe that they have never repeated outfit color combos... that’s impressive after all these years! I am pretty sure that this family has been with me the longest of all of the families I work with, since I was brand new and only in business for a year or so and they just had one tiny little. It’s just truly special to get to tag along as their family has grown and to have them stick around as I have grown as an artist. I look forward to their session all year!

Really digging all these woodsy vibes lately! If I could escape to live anywhere else it would be the mountains by far. The beautiful Tapia family made the trek to my favorite spot for some family photos and we spent the day hunting for pinecones and acorns. I’m ready to go back!

We caught the fall color just right on these ones! What a perfect day it was playing with this beautiful family in the leaves. This has been the luckiest fall as far as weather goes and my clients and I are not taking it for granted one bit 🤩
