Based out of Sacramento, California, Denise Apgar Photography proudly serves the Northern California areas. However, with family in San Diego, Southern California shoots are always available. My story told by Denise Apgar - I am married to my better half! Seriously, he is my biggest supporter and makes me strive to be a better person. We have two beautiful little girls and another one on the way!
I love to travel and learn about the different people and cultures represented in this world. I have a Masters in Education and love to help people figure out their strengths and how to best utilize them. Therefore, teaching and mentoring are very close to my heart. I am a major introvert but have learned how to be extroverted, which is why attending concerts and sitting quietly in coffee shops are two of my favorite activities. Lastly, I am a firm believer of loving people as they are! I find joy and excitement in meeting new people and hearing their stories. I believe life if messy and hard, but at the same time offers a raw beauty that must be shared.
