At least five...before I caught myself and remembered what I tell my own clients all the time.

I had planned to share something totally different today, but maybe you need these reminders as much as I did in that moment:

➡️ Post the photo anyway. What you see as “flaws” are probably invisible to everyone else.

➡️ And even if they do notice? It doesn’t change your worth or how powerfully you can serve.

➡️ You are wonderfully made and don't need to fit into the world's definition of beautiful!

Feeling 😳 about getting ready for a brand session?

I understand. There's a lot that goes into it.

Yes, it is going to take time and energy, BUT (when you book with me) you're going to have my help every step of the way! So here's why you don't need to stress:

Is overwhelm stealing your joy in your business?

I totally get it! There's always so much to do as a small business owner. And it can be really hard to "leave work at work", especially if you work from home.

But you know what has been a life-saver for me? GRATITUDE.

When I focus on all the blessings in my business, all the opportunities that God has placed before me, the overwhelm starts to melt away.

Now regardless of your spiritual beliefs, I imagine you'd agree that God's instruction to "give thanks in all circumstances" (1 Thess 5:18) is a great practice.

Even scientific studies have shown that intentional practices of gratitude can boost health and happiness.

So anytime you're feeling the overwhelm creep in this week, tap into the transformative power of gratitude! Let's shift our focus and perspective and see what a difference it makes.
