Heels dance is a dynamic and expressive style of modern, jazz, and hip-hop dance performed while wearing high heels. It's often seen in music videos or stage shows, emphasizing confidence, sensuality, and, most notably, technical skill!

I photographed the Hot Heels Dance Competition on Saturday, July 5 at in my Oakland hometown for . So. Much. Talent. One more post to come about the winner who took all, but I'm just sharing a few shots for now.

For the second year, I filmed the Grace-N-Motion dance concert, billed as a "museum of movement" where 100-plus dancers grace the halls of Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. Guests move freely from one performance to the next. Curated & produced by my client, Carla Service of Dance-A-Vision Entertainment.
