A little change for 2027 🤍

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be offering wedding photography beginning in 2027.

I haven’t been doing photography for a long time at all, but the time I have spent photographing weddings has taught me a lot — about photography, about myself, and about what I genuinely enjoy creating.

As much as I’ve loved getting to be part of these days, I’ve realized that wedding photography just doesn’t feel like the right fit for me. And I think there’s something really important about being honest with yourself when something no longer feels comfortable or fulfilling.

So, rather than continuing to take on weddings simply because I can, I’m choosing to step away next year and make room for the kind of photography that feels more natural and exciting to me.

To everyone who has trusted me with their wedding memories, thank you. I’m incredibly grateful I got to be a big part of those moments. 🤍

2026 will be my final year accepting wedding photography bookings and I am FULL for the rest of the year and excited to capture these moments for you! 🤍

A little birthday magic for Juliana 🖤📸

This shoot felt extra good because it was one of my first times picking my camera back up after taking about a month off from photography. Photography is my second job — hair will always be my main career — and between the two, I could feel myself getting burnt out and losing some of the creativity that made me fall in love with photography in the first place.

So I gave myself permission to put the camera down for a little while.

And I’m SO glad I did. 🥹 I’m finally feeling creative again, excited to shoot, and actually looking forward to everything I have coming up instead of feeling overwhelmed by it.

I’ve got a few really fun shoots planned and FOUR weddings this fall that I cannot wait to capture. 🖤

Sometimes you just need a little time away to remember why you loved something in the first place.
