I thought I would start a blog on my photography site, so I could share interesting photography stuff. Things you might see there are; cool photos from other sites, interesting photography news, cool photography ideas and even some basic photography instruction.

We are working on a portable studio.

I’m looking for people who are interested in participating in a free photo shoot. Models of all ages* and looks are needed, and no experience is necessary; my goal is to expand my portfolio with abstract, fashion, headshot and classic portraits. I’d like to capture each model’s individual personality, so I’m open to wardrobe suggestions and unique locations. I've provided some examples of my work on my website.

I will require you to sign a standard model release before the shoot takes place. This release grants me copyright over the photographs taken during our shoot and permission to use them in any of a variety of ways. Although your likeness may appear on my business website, page, in my portfolio or even in an exhibition, I will not reference your name unless you give me permission to do so.

In exchange for your modeling time, you will receive a CD/DVD containing digital images from the shoot. These images are yours to use however you’d like—print and frame as holiday gifts, add to your modeling portfolio or post to your own page. Please feel free to bring along a friend. Not only will they help you be more comfortable, but they can also help with clothing changes and may even have ideas we can use during the shoot.

*Models under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Beginners Photography Class
This class will go over the basics of using your digital camera and how to use the different settings.

Equipment Requirements: Digital Camera Point & Shoot - DSLR

Cost: $10.00 per person (5 person minimum)
