today is national photography day and for me the camera has always been a big part of my life.
I may have not always been behind it, but I’ve always been in front of it.
thankfully, I come from a family who placed high importance on memories. Whether it be my mom or grandpa we were always being told to smile.
while I am a bit opposite, photographer style wise and love the candid moments, I think capturing memories is so important.
our loved ones and activities of preference may not always be around.
I work in a nursing home, and so often I’m reminded about what all “I used to could do” and that has made me so thankful for the present.
so thank you for those who support my photography work in anyway, and especially those who trust me to capture their memories and hobbies
