Hi, I’m Alyssa—the heart and camera behind Lyssa Lu Photography. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to capturing the little things: the way sunlight hits just right at golden hour, the laughter that happens in between posed shots, sporting events or the tiny details that tell the bigger story.
Photography, for me, has always been about more than pictures—it’s about connection. I want every person who steps in front of my lens to feel comfortable, celebrated, and seen. Whether it’s a milestone moment or an everyday adventure, my goal is to freeze time in a way that feels genuine and true to you.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me drinking an iced coffee, playing with my black Lab Scarlett, or constantly planning events. Those everyday joys remind me why I love what I do—because it’s the real, unscripted moments that matter most.
