By far, some of my favorite people to photograph! Although we only see each other about once a year, I always enjoy our time together. Can you believe it's been 12 years since we started yearly family photos! Man! Seeing their family grow not just in size but also love for each other and others has been a huge blessing. Here's too many more years!!!

Such a fun day with The Beroth Family for a photo session! The kids were so engaged and their outfits were the absolute best. Their kind spirits and sense of adventure was inviting and I would say I think I made a ton of new "little friends"! Their attention and picture perfect poses were absolutely stunning. And by far the best part was their smiles and giggles had me smiling the whole time. You wouldn't know this, but all the kids were behind me making all the funny faces to get the parents smiling for their couple shot. So fun! It was such a joy to meet them all and I look forward to having many more fun times with them as a family.

Another year and another session with this sweet family! Has it really been 10 years since we first met?!?! As always, it was an absolute joy (and a bit wet) to once again catch up with these folks and see how they are each learning and growing as a family together. It was especially fun to get a few fun photos with mom and dad! You all have a special place in my heart and have shown me what biblical love is. Looking forward to many more years of sessions and cheering each other on in this crazy thing we call life. Love you all!

As always, it was SUCH a joy to photograph this family again this year. I can't believe it's been 9 YEARS since we first met. Wow it's been such a blessing to see each of them grow into the individuals they are today. It's been a crazy year for everyone, but taking time to capture these special moments is such a privilege. We must get together more than just once a year :)

Congratulations to these two love birds! Their wedding was so beautiful, like something out of a fairy tale. Their love for each other and God is so evident. I can't wait to see you both grow more in love with each other and Christ. Even though I don't normally do weddings, it was so much fun to be a part of your special day!

It was a beautiful evening the beginning of this week getting the opportunity to take some fall senior photos with Josh. We are just now getting to see some of the beautiful colors of the trees and they all made for some amazing portraits! I can't believe it as already NOVEMBER! This year has FLOWN by and it has definitely been a crazy one. It is always a joy to be able to do photo sessions especially this time of year. Fall is definitely my favorite. I LOVE the fall colors and the cooler (or warmer depending on the year) weather. The last few months have been insane and busy!!! I am so thankful for so many things this year even among the craziness and uncertainty.
Happy senior year Josh! Hope it is full of blessings and that it grows you more in Christ.

It was once again SUCH a joy to photograph this family for their yearly photos. This will be year number 8 since first meeting and becoming precious friends in The Lord. Has it really been that long??? So many changes this year and craziness. Being able to have friends who have encouraged and have been such a blessing to me is a privilege. You all have the sweetest spirits and God has given you all SO many talents to use for His Glory. Never stop pursuing Christ and His will in your lives. THANK YOU for giving me the opportunity to be involved in your lives through my art. I CAN'T WAIT to see where God leads your family!

It was such a joy to hang out with this family last night for family photos. Their fun spirits and beautiful smiles made the night a huge success! It always baffles me that I get to have this as a job. Meeting so many new people and families, traveling to new places... it is SUCH a joy

What a beautiful day yesterday to take some family photos! It's been a whirlwind of a year and I have missed the joy of photographing families. It was a lot of fun to get together with these guys for a fun and laid back family session. We also may or may not have had an encounter with a copper head, but it's ok. I was very far away and only heard about it. I was very thankful for social distancing ;) Such beautiful architecture and piece of land we were able to be at for this session. And lots of smiles to go around! The weather was perfect too. I'm so excited that fall is officially here!!!

This year is so much different that anyone would have thought. Everything is different and many changes to get used to. Since we were not able to do photos this spring, it was a joy to be able to do this senior photo session this week! Phoebe has so much joy and a creative presence. She is a pro in front of the camera and sees the best ideas in the elements around her. I was so happy when we both found a time to do a session for her senior year! Phoebe, reach for the stars and never stop reaching! Happy "Late" Graduation and many blessings as you embark on your future ahead.

This girl... she is such a joy! It was so much fun taking a few photos of her for a going away present. She is my world traveler, amazing cook, always smiling, beautiful Hawaiian friend who is not Hawaiian but Micronesian ❤ I haven't known her very long but she is now a great friend and honorary sister. She is so adventurous and full of life. She has gone through so much and yet still always has a smile on her face and a beautiful attitude which is so contagious. I can't wait to see what she is going to do and how The Lord is going to lead her in the future. When all this crazy is over, we are going on a road trip... promise? Love you girl!!!

Despite all the crazy of this quarantine, it has been so much fun to still do photography! I was able to photograph this beautiful young lady for her senior photos today!!! How can she already be graduating high school???
A few things that best describes her is:
- Amazing cook
- Super nice
- Great at making people feel special
- Horse expert
- Makeup artist
and SO MUCH MORE!!!
I have had to privilege to see Sydney grow into the beautiful, loving, talented young lady she is today. She has come so far from when we first met and I can't wait to see the things she is going to do! You are AWESOME Sydney and are going to do great things
