The average child in American spends only 7% of their time playing outside. This has serious effects on children including poor concentration, depressed or anxious moods, behavior issues, and an array of other long-term medical issues such as obesity and heart disease.
A minimum of 5 hours per month in nature (you have to be outside of a busy city with little noise) can help boost mood, concentration, energy, and reduce symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. Let's work together at getting children back outside to play!!
