My fridge magnet collection :). I glued magnets to old junk jewelry, dried mushrooms, etc. and the foreign coins and tokens are just stuck to little magnets without glue. (Also this arrangement only lasted a day because Ozzy never quite makes the jump atop the fridge and claws up the stainless steel. Sigh.)

This is too cool to not share - I found this cat photo print in my dad’s collection and brought it home to frame. My dad was friends with the photographer of the bestselling inspirational poster - John Gajda, a fellow member of the Livonia Camera Club. The poster was originally designed by Victor Baldwin in 1971 of his late cat, Sassy. His posters sold so well that dozens of companies sold similar posters that were distributed like memes today. Baldwin studied copyright law and sued dozens of “copycats” for a dollar each. Gajda was paid a small sum for the photo but never royalties. The kitten and his sibling were later adopted to a local family 🐈‍⬛

Last night’s drone show at the Livonia Spree was pretty cool. Lots of police walking around. They made a lot of cute shapes with 100 drones. Loved the narration from the very impressed little boys behind me (Woah - a Michigan flag!!!! 🇺🇸)
