There are allot of small harbors in the North Carolina Islands. Most of them are fishing boats that head out early in the morning. Others are pleasure boats, especially the sail boats. The water is usually calm which is great for what they do. Id love to have a boat there too!

"North Point Flowers"
This was taken at the "Point Lobos State Park", just a few miles from Carmel CA. The massive rocks all around the "point" were beautiful and the colors of the ocean changed with every wave. Our trip was in August and as luck would have it, the flowers everywhere were in bloom. They might be in bloom all the time, who knows!

" The Wave"
This is from my "Impressionable Art" collection. It reminds me of the rogue wave that broke my ankle when I was only in two feet of water. After that, I always kept my eye on the surf!! That aside, I love the Ocean and I enjoyed making it.

"Grand Canyon Overlook"
The colors of the Canyon can change during a stormy sunset and I was there to see one. Every 5 minutes it changed until it reached a deep purple. I ran from one corner to another from were we were, shooting and then shooting again. Renee stood in one place smiling as I ran by. I never will forget it, Renee won't either!
