Played with two humpback whales on different days over the weekend. Really like this shot with Seguin Island Light in the background!

I found this pair of eagles perched on old pilings on the shore of the Kennebec River this morning. It took me a bit to get the boat into position, against the tide, and without spooking my subjects. But I did. And it lasted about 10 seconds! But I captured a nice series of images of my first "double eagle" of the season.

The tugboat Andrew Mcallister headed back to Portland, Maine, after escorting the future Patrick Gallagher (DDG127) down the Kennebec River for sea trials.
