My Class of 2026 Senior VIP Team is officially graduating 🥹🎓✨

Some of you crossed the stage earlier this week…some will walk today and this weekend. Either way, this chapter is coming to a close, and I could not be more proud of each and every one of you 🫶
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Over the last year and a half, I’ve had the privilege of watching you grow. I’ve seen you step outside your comfort zones, support one another, celebrate big milestones, and become even more confident in who you are. From our group shoots and adventures to your individual senior sessions, every moment has been such a joy to document.

What started as a group of students became a team, and ultimately a collection of memories and friendships that I hope you’ll carry with you long after graduation 💞

The secret to a stress-free senior portrait experience is PREPARATION ✨

And I don’t mean handing you a vague “wear something cute” tip and sending you on your way.

When you book your senior portraits with me, I help guide you through the entire process. You’ll get my Senior Portrait Welcome Kit, wardrobe guidance, location planning, hair and makeup prep, posing help, and reminders for what to bring. I even have a whole Client HQ to make sure you have all this info at the tip of your fingers.

You shouldn’t have to figure all of this out by yourself.

Kaitlyn was such a joy to photograph for her UNR grad portraits! She’s an absolute sweetheart and we had a blast working our way around the South quad and then heading downtown to get some iconic Reno arch photos 💙🎰

I also had so much fun designing her gorgeous album with her - with a classic navy leather…it’s the perfect memory keeper for her college journey at UNR.

I had the honor of photographing this lovely USC Master’s of Social Work grad earlier this month!

We were sooooo blessed with a gorgeous spring day in between crazy stormy weather (and me being sick - boo!!) ✨ But it all magically worked out the way it was meant to be 🙌

My favorite moment was when Chloe popped some champagne to celebrate 🍾 and I love that we also got to get family photos of her troop together 🫶

Phew, I didn’t fully realize how busy I’ve been until it hit me how far behind I am on posting pretty pictures here!! So here’s gorgeous Avery from her absolutely lovely winter senior session.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect winter day…just enough snow to make it wintery, but lots and lots of beautiful sunshine!

In February, I had the chance to step away for a little change of scenery and attend the Senior Style Guide CEO+ Retreat & Shootout in Rancho Cordova, California, and it was such a fun and inspiring experience.

From styled studio shoots and creative lighting setups to educational sessions and fresh inspiration, this retreat really stretched me creatively in the best way. I loved getting to create with beautiful pieces from Lacey’s amazing style closet, collaborate on an outfit challenge with my group, and spend time photographing alongside so many talented photographers.

I didn’t document nearly as much of the educational side as I should have, but I came home feeling so inspired and full of ideas. I also got to enjoy some good food, a little shopping, late-night editing at the hotel, and FaceTimes home with my husband and kids because I definitely missed them while I was away.

The final shootout day was such a highlight, and I had the best time working with Alicia, the models, and seeing Lacey and Carissa in action. So grateful I got to be part of this experience, learn from such talented creatives, and come home excited to make meaningful improvements in my business.

Grateful for opportunities like this that push me, inspire me, and remind me how much I love this work ✨

Danika and her family planned her PhD grad/family session for after the commencement ceremonies - and what an amazing idea that was!! The UNR campus was so quiet and peaceful - like it existed just for Danika and her beautiful family 💙🎓

We got to freely roam the quad and not have to fight over photo locations (which truly there are endless spots to take photos - but a few are REALLY popular).

I had photographed Danika’s extended family a few years ago, and it was do special seeing how much her kiddos have grown up already 🥹
