Silence is not a superpower. I will join the millions of voices in speaking up for love, freedom, integrity, ethical values, and truth.

I choose to speak up for those who stand in the shadows, the marginalized, and the fearful.

Especially for those who don't yet have a voice.

For too long I have also been afraid to speak up.

No longer.

Please know that this is a safe space filled with love, respect, and built on honoring all.

I have always lived by the code my grandmother and mother taught me... tell me who you walk with and I will tell you who are.

2026 has been so very heavy, and we are only 10 days in.

So I wanted to slow down a bit and say hello. Reintroduce myself and remind you all that time continues to pass no matter what. It's a good moment to remind ourselves that we should honor each of these moments and set time aside to capture some important ones.
