We we say Triplett, we don’t mean multiple birth. That’s the last name of baby Corban! We were given two pictures to include on the shower invitation. We also created an option with the sonogram image in the heart shaped hands of the parents.

My name is Marquita Tabron, and I am marrying my best friend Jacob Green on July 26, 2014 in Raleigh NC. My fiancé and I met in 2004 at NC A&T State University; one day as I was sitting outside on the steps, Jacob walking by, introduced himself to me. When we talk about it now he says I gave him the “why are you talking to me face”? However, that single introduction turned into a friendship, and in late 2009 our friendship blossomed into a relationship.

While my love life was blossoming, my hair health was deteriorating. My mother had natural hair, I had sorority sisters and friends that had natural hair and I was inspired. So on June 14, 2010 I did the big chop! I feel empowered, beautiful and unique with my hair in its natural state, and that is definitely how I want to feel on my Big Day!
