Spring Break is right around the corner (literally next week) and, in honor of that, I am offering a variety of sessions! (🤞🏼the snow melts)

I will be home the week of the 16th and have openings for all sorts of sessions! Minis, families, couples, individuals, etc. My schedule is flexible, but plan to keep sessions in the late afternoon/evening! (golden hour, duh)

Designed a couple of banners for Bradshaw Angus a while back and they made their debut at the Iowa Beef Expo this past weekend!

They are 3x4ft vinyl banners printed through The Printery and Northwoods Paper & Supply Co. out of Waverly, IA. The turn around time and customer service was top tier and I recommend them to anyone!

It may have been a freezing cold day but it was worth it to see the smiles on the faces of buyers, friends, family and crew of Double J Farms Simmental Cattle. The cold didn’t keep the bidders away, congrats on an AWESOME sale!!

I figured it was time to formally introduce myself!

Coming from a teeny-tiny town in central Iowa, to attending college at SDSU, I have grown my passion for both livestock agriculture and multi-media production (mainly photography if you couldn’t tell). I’m an almost 21 year old (thank goodness) who loves to capture the simpler things in life. Growing up, I raised and showed Angus cattle with my dad, and it’s an industry and association that I hold close In my heart!

I’m currently starting my second semester of junior year as an Agricultural Communications major with minors in Animal Science and Digital & Social Media. This school, the people, and the opportunities that I’ve been so fortunate to experience have helped shape me into who I am today, and I could not be more grateful. Not only here in Brookings but at home, I’ve got a rock solid support system whom I wouldn’t change for the world! (most of the time, anyways)

I’ve been lucky enough to capture numerous portraits for friends and family, livestock shows that are near and dear to my heart, sale cattle photos and videos for different operations, and one of my favorites, being on photography staff for SDSU’s prestigious Little International.

If you find yourself needing photo/video coverage of your sale cattle, livestock shows, senior pictures, couple/family shoots, or anything in between, I would love to be a part of that journey for you!!

As much as she maybe didn't want to take senior pictures... Hailey ABSOLUTELY killed it. I am super happy with how these turned out!!

If you are in need of some last minute senior pictures, family pictures before the snow starts to fly, or just want to get some photos done, please reach out and we can get something worked out! As of now, I plan to be in Brookings until Thanksgiving break (Nov. 26-30), but I am flexible!

Getting to take senior pics of one of your best friends makes for an easy and fun session!!

We wrapped up Aidan’s second session showcasing the hard work over his years of showing, and spending some time on the farm.

Aidan Grupe and I had so much fun on Monday doing his first session of senior pictures! Although the mosquitos were BAD, we braved them, but suffered a couple bites :) Despite that, I might be pretty bias, but I think they turned out AWESOME!!

I am so excited for his next session!! Andddd of course I had to add the Dirty Dancing moment at the end ;)

♠️ Tianna and I took advantage of a GORGEOUS evening to snap some fun photos!

♥️ I needed a guinea pig for human photos (even though I'm more of an animal person), as I have a couple of senior sessions coming up, and T Baby KILLED IT!!

Thursday morning consisted of, wait for it…. ANOTHER SHEEP SHOW!

I think some people are trying to convert me from a cattle person;)

All jokes aside, I had a great time and was welcomed by the Hamilton County Fair to snap some pics of their sheep exhibitors!

I spent Friday morning in my favorite show ring of all time. The Hardin County Fair holds so many memories for me, and to be able to give back to some of the people who have helped me and shaped who I am over the years, is something truly special! Even if they're just photos, they're something to treasure and hold onto for many years to come!
