On Saturday night this past weekend, we said goodbye to Beaver Dam Raceway for the last time. For the fans, drivers, and workers of the track, it was nothing but a bittersweet emotional night filled with goodbyes. I’m truly lucky to have been apart of it these past two years.

My second season as a motorsports photographer has officially come to an end. This year brought so many incredible opportunitiesβ€”meeting new people, learning new things, working alongside some of the best photographers and videographers in the business, and even photographing my very first World of Outlaws race. 🏁

Today at Angell Park Speedway looked different than my typical raceday. We celebrated the life of someone very near and dear to my heart, the group of people in this picture and so many more.

Tom wasn’t just a race fan, he was one of my biggest supporters hyping up my racing photography in the grandstands, lending advice to racers, and cheering on many Club LaMark sponsored drivers.

I know he’s watching from above! Till we meet again Tom. We had the best day, celebrating the life of an amazing big grinnin’ man.❀️
