Green eggs NO ham high protein breakfast! There are 24 grams of protein in this breakfast.

4 eggs total (only two egg yolks)

1/3 cup shredded zucchini skins

1 cup of chopped spinach

Dash of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Your choice of green salsa.

This how I begin my Mondays with green eggs!

While most people reach for coffee first… I start my week with green eggs. 🥚🌱 For me, it’s more than a routine. It’s part of managing life with Crohn’s disease.

Nutrition isn’t optional. It’s how I stay energized, focused, and ready to show up, especially in a world where moments move fast and there are no second takes.

Clean fuel. Clear focus. Strong foundation.
Because when my body is supported, I can keep doing what I love at the highest level.

How do you start your Mondays?

4 eggs (only 2 yolks) That’s 24 grams of protein.
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 jalepeño
1/2 zucchini shredded
1/4 cup jalepeño verde salsa

Put your eggs in a container on the counter overnight. Cold eggs stick to the pan. Room temperature eggs are easier to cook with. Also make sure the pan is hot. Your eggs will stick if the pan is not hot enough. It takes my stainless steel pan 3-4 minutes to heat.

Ever wonder how to see light before you even lift your camera? ☀️

Here’s a simple trick I use on every outdoor shoot.

Your hand becomes your built-in light meter. No gear needed.�
Watch how the light hits your skin. This will show you where the light is brightest, where shadows fall, and how quickly it transitions.

This tells you everything about direction, quality, and how it’ll shape your subject’s face.

✨ Bright + even = flat light�✨ One side lit + one side shadow = dimension�✨ Harsh lines = strong midday sun�✨ Soft transitions = golden hour magic

When the shadow is on your hand the light is behind your subject and you will need to adjust your exposure for shadows.

When your hand is in full sun the light is great for filling in shadows. Keep in mind bright light will make your subject squint so use softer light in this situation. Early morning and late afternoon light is best for direct sunlight.
