I had an extraordinary experience yesterday! As a passionate admirer of blue herons, I was thrilled when this particular bird remained for several minutes, presenting me with an opportunity to capture its beauty. Typically, they flee as soon as I prepare to take a picture.

Navigating life has been challenging for our family lately, which is why we have been absent for so long. Hubs and I took a much needed getaway this weekend, and it allowed me the opportunity to recharge and become passionate about my photography again. Yes, I've taken pictures... good pictures during our absence, but I have not been excited to post anything. This weekend opened my eyes to the beauty we are surrounded by again, and oh my gosh, did I have fun taking pictures. So many pictures!!! This sunset really spoke to my soul and I hope it speaks to yours. Let this be a moment of peace and joy in your day! šŸ˜ Hugs y'all!!
