Land of Creation Artistry Healing Oneself Through Art I have found that art has helped me immensely with my focus, mental clarity, anxiety relief, stress reduction, and weight loss.

My name is Lisa, I am an Artist, Photographer, and Spiritual Healer. 'Artistry without Limits!' I am on my journey to heal my mind, body, and soul. It has also added joy to my life where there hadn't been much in some time. My hope is to share what I have learned in a fun, relaxed setting while connecting with ourselves in a new way. All the while, allowing ourselves to feel and heal through creative release.

This one just hits home. We must take care of ourselves in order to help those around us. Such a beautiful statement.
