We were sitting in a local coffee shop when she first told me about him.

This man that she had met. And she had that curve of a smile on her face that told me everything. How happy she was. The light in her eyes spoke of a hope. The peace that she carried could only point to One.

I love this woman.

I met Brie in Hawaii in January 2013 when we were with YWAM, studying photography and missions. I was instantly drawn to her beauty, grace and lively spirit! I also loved that we shared the same hometown, and a heart for women trapped in trafficking.

I shot these photos of her while we met up to practice our photo skills.
Her vibrant and joyful soul always amaze me - and I do believe she SHINES in these photos!
