There’s just something about Olympic National Park that calls you to it. And if it calls, you should definitely answer (even on a hazy, overcast mid August day). While we didn’t get the golden hour we envisioned, the views were still jaw dropping (and the crowds were minimal 👌🏻).

Hands down, my all time favorite session. And it’s not because I absolutely love how the photos came out (which I do), but because I got to take my baby sister’s engagement photos on her first trip to Washington! I may have cried the entire time I was editing this gallery (it’s fine, I’m fine 😭).

It was just so incredibly special to be a part of their story 🩵

The craziest part about this session is that this was our plan B. We originally planned to go up to Hurricane Ridge, but the forecast started to firm up with more and more clouds expected. We pivoted to a different time and location and the most amazing sunrise at the lake instead!

I can’t for October to see these two get married! 💚
