Sara and (Thomas) Pete, thank you for trusting me to capture your slightly rainy yet completely perfect and magical day!
I know I wasn’t waiting nearly as long for this wedding as Sara, but I’ve been patiently waiting ever since I met her and Pete (which apparently was 2 years ago, not really sure how it’s already been two years already!) I can’t tell you both enough how happy I am that this day happened, how blessed and honored I am that I got to see Pete’s….vertical, and that I got to spend the day with your sweet families!

Even though the wedding was on a beach, and involved a hike up a mountain afterwards, this stylish bride decided to rock her heels on her wedding day! And rock em’ she did!

I love that chunky heels are back in style like it’s 2000! I enjoy a good stiletto to show off how badass women are, but let’s be real…. You can do a hell of a lot more in a good chunky heel without worrying you might get stuck to the floor boards or break a heel (and I’m talking both your shoe and on your foot)!

Hannah and Andrew, FINALLY, did the dang thang! Definitely not because they didn’t want to, but like many couples, rona made them reschedule 3 times! So on a chilly, gusty, but sunny, Wednesday afternoon these two tied the knot! It was a beautiful intimate lake front ceremony in the UP of Michigan with their closest friends and family in attendance.

The love these two have for each other could make anyone melt, no matter if it was 46 degrees and gusting at 10-15 or not. As Hannah was walking down the staircase of their beautiful BNB towards Andrew to do her big reveal, he whispered “finally”. He was beyond ready to take Hannah as his wife and my heart was ready to absolutely burst at that moment!

The details of the day may have not gone exactly as planned, but they went exactly how they were supposed to, and it was just perfect!

Hannah and Andrew, I thank you for sharing your special place with me and letting me be a part of your incredible journey over the past year and a half 💕
