Am I right mommas ?

Sending your child to school requires a level of trust that I don’t think people talk about enough.

You KNOW they need to go.
You know they need to learn.
You know they need friends, experiences, independence, and a world outside of home.

But knowing all of that doesn’t make dropping them off any easier.

Because you’re handing your whole entire world over to someone else for hours every single day and trusting that they’ll be safe, cared for, and protected when you aren’t there.

And with the world we live in today, there’s this ball of anxiety that just sits in the back of your throat.

You smile at drop off. You tell them to have the best day. You watch them walk through those doors…

And then you drive away hoping and praying that they come running back out of those same doors at the end of the day.

I just wish letting go didn’t feel this scary. 🤍
