Hello Friends! Wow... It has been a crazy long time since I have posted ANYTHING to Baby Girl Dreams! Working full-time and having an almost 4 and almost 2 yo is crazy time consuming (who'd have thought?!).

So, it is long past due for an update as to the status of BGD - I am still alive and my goal is to slllooowwwlllly transition back into regular updates and sales. The Etsy shop will remain closed for the time being, but I am going to work on updating the FB page and albums.

For new friends (and old) - I always accept custom order requests and will be checking messages daily. I will also be posting albums of RTS and headbands that are available - you just have to comment if you would like to purchase one (or more!). I will be going through PayPal to invoice for purchases, so that it is safe and secure. There is also the option of meeting if you are local to the South Hills/Pittsburgh area.

Lastly, I will be looking to have items at some spring consignment sales and possibly some craft fairs (if time allows).

Hello All! I am so sorry that I have been MIA and the Etsy shop has been closed for way longer then anticipated. I have been incredibly busy at home with my babies birthdays, a lot of special events that are requiring extra time at my full-time, real world job, as well as some personal things that were unexpected.

My primary concern is good customer service and getting your items to you as quickly as possible. In the past few months Baby Girl Dreams has grown so much I have not been able to keep up with my personal standard and maintain my full-time job and full-time mommy job as well. I realized I was dedicating more time to making headbands then I was able to spend time with my little ones. My babes are only three and just turning one, and it is very important to me, especially working full time that I spend as much time in the evenings and weekends with them. I was losing out on this and becoming very stressed over every aspect of my life.

With that said, I have had some recent inquiries and am working to fulfill those. Moving forward, there will be changes in store for Baby Girl Dreams as I am trying to figure out the best approach for the future of the shop. As of right now, I am not sure what that approach is and am still working out options in my head and on paper. Please know that I do plan to stay open in some capacity, that I just need some time to figure out what that might be so that I can deliver quality products with good service, and still (attempt to be) a good mom/wife/employee/etc/etc/etc!

I apologize for my lack of communication over the past two weeks... my whole family has been down and out with varying versions of croup, pneumonia, ear infections, and an overall terrible spring cold! :o( We are finally on the upswing thanks to many bottles of amoxicillan and some fresh air. I am getting caught up on emails, messages, etc., and all orders placed within the past two weeks have shipped or are shipping today/tomorrow. I have also ... finally... posted the Easter Bunny gift sets (see below)! Available this week only, these will ship this weekend for arrival by Easter! Lastly, don't forget! So I am very excited to share that Baby Girl Dreams will be holding my first Ready To Ship chunky, bubble gum necklace sale later this coming week. I'll be posting details on Monday, and the sale will happen Thursday to Friday, all orders will ship Saturday for arrival by Easter! I have over 30 necklaces made and ready to find a good home; pastels, neons, brights... there is something for everyone!
