There’s something about West Virginia that makes you want to slow down and just explore.

I made my way to Babcock State Park, where I spent some time taking in the mountain views before heading down to one of the most photographed spots in the state, the historic Glade Creek Grist Mill.

Between the old mill tucked into the woods, the sound of the water rushing over the rocks, and views that seem to stretch forever, this was one of those places that was even better in person.

Sometimes the best part of traveling isn’t having a packed itinerary. It’s grabbing the camera, picking a direction, and seeing where the day takes you.

☕ Back with another Pittsburgh coffee shop recap!

This time I stopped by YINZ Coffee in Bloomfield and caught up with Melissa Melissa to talk about the shop, the coffee, and what makes this spot worth checking out.

If you’re in Bloomfield, add this one to your coffee list 👀

I spent the day chasing some of West Virginia’s most photogenic spots. Started at Cathedral Falls, explored the historic town of Thurmond, made my way up to Concho Rim Overlook and Babcock State Park, and finished at the New River Gorge Bridge. Swipe through the route ➡️🚗

Back with ANOTHER coffee shop recap this week and this one is way more than just coffee. ☕️🎨

Today I’m talking with Marla, owner of Creative Chem Co, about a 100 year old building, creating a space where people can actually get inspired and get stuff done, great coffee… and somehow, pinching ni***es 😂

You’ll have to watch until the end for that one.

If you’re into coffee, creativity, and discovering unique local spots around Pittsburgh, give Creative Chem Co a follow and check out everything they’re building!

Highland Park CommunityCouncil hits different at night.

Last night I explored what I could capture with my Sony | Alpha and 50mm 1.2 GM lens with PolarPro® black mist and was amazed!

Highland Park is one of those Pittsburgh spots that feels like a break from the city without actually leaving it. Between the tree-lined paths, reservoir, gardens, and quiet places to hang out, it’s an easy spot to slow down, take a walk, or just enjoy being outside for a while.

Sometimes the things that bring you the most joy, peace, and happiness, are some time alone in nature.

Really needed this hike the other day alone. The rain really complimented this waterfall.

What is your favorite waterfall in PA?

There’s something special about finding a coffee shop that feels like it belongs to the neighborhood.

This week’s Coffee Recap took me to Kinder Being Café in Pittsburgh’s North Side, right next to the Government Center. From the moment I walked in, it felt like one of those places where people come to slow down, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good cup of coffee.

I spoke with Max, the owner, and learned more about what makes the café unique, and of course had to try what they’re serving. If you’re looking to support a local business with a welcoming atmosphere, this is one worth checking out.

Have you been to Kinder Being Café? What’s your go-to order? ☕👇 🪐☕️
