From the first Tennessee Motorcycles & Music Revival back in 2017 to year 9 here at the legendary Loretta Lynn Ranch… it’s honestly hard to put into words how surreal this journey feels.

So much has changed over the years, but one thing hasn’t budged an inch — the love for motorcycles, music, and the people who bring this place to life. Every corner of the ranch is packed with energy, stories, horsepower, and good vibes that you can literally feel the second you roll in.
There’s just something special happening here. The sound of bikes ripping through the hills, live music echoing across the grounds, friends reconnecting, strangers becoming family — it all comes together into an atmosphere that’s impossible not to love.

And my Nikon? It’s absolutely eating this up. Every shot feels alive this weekend because of the energy everyone is bringing. The smiles, the chrome, the dust, the late-night lights, the raw moments — this event keeps giving me frames I’ll never forget.

Year 9 hits different. Grateful to still be here capturing it all. 🏍️🎶📸

Being back around the energy at TMMR had me feeling nostalgic, so I dug through some old hard drives and found these shots from the very first back in 2017.

Crazy how fast time moves — and even crazier seeing how much this event has grown while still holding onto the same spirit that made it special from the start.

I’ve been creating content long before we called it “content.”

30+ years in marketing has taken me through just about every medium — from photojournalism and magazine editing to fine art galleries, video production, and digital storytelling. Back when flip phones were the norm, I was already shooting video on a DSLR and figuring out how to make it work.

Here’s a quick look back at some of the early video work I was doing in the early 2000s — yeah, way before people were even watching videos on their phones. I spy a few familiar faces in there: .allen.927 .inc

I’ve always been drawn to what’s next — not chasing trends, but getting there early. From my time as photography editor at to co-founding Rally TV (where we were shooting, editing, and uploading event coverage within 24 hours… before that was even practical), the goal has always been the same: create work that connects.

These days, I’m still deep in it — working in marketing with while continuing to take on freelance projects that keep things creative. Alongside that, I’m the creative force behind — focused on working with brands in the tactical, outdoor, and motorsports spaces.

If you need thoughtful, experienced content built on a real understanding of the craft — photography, video, or marketing support — I’m always open to working with the right people.

Still just as passionate about the work as I was 30 years ago — and not slowing down anytime soon.

Day in the life—motorsports edition.

Out at for the Spring Dirt Bike Ride, chasing that perfect overcast light (photographers know… this is the dream).

Riders throwing wheelies, carving lines, and putting on a show for the lens. 💪🏻📸

But it’s not all clean shots and perfect moments—this one comes with dirt, miles, and more picker bushes than I can count.
And honestly? I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
If you get to wake up and do something you’re passionate about, you’re winning in ways most people don’t even realize.
