🌲✨ Adventure in Skagway, Alaska! ✨🌲

If you’re looking for a beautiful and easy adventure surrounded by nature, make your way to Reid Falls! This hidden gem is a peaceful hike through Alaska’s lush forest, leading to a stunning waterfall tucked away just outside of town. 🌿💧

📍 Directions to Reid Falls:
From downtown Skagway, head toward the Gold Rush Cemetery. Follow the road past the cemetery and continue to the trail area. The walk to Reid Falls begins near the cemetery and is a short, scenic hike through the woods. Follow the trail signs and enjoy the beautiful views along the way. If you’re feeling brave you can hike further up the falls.

🌲 Pro tip: Take your time, listen to the rushing water, and don’t forget your camera—the scenery is absolutely worth capturing! 📸

I tried snowy village Korean shaved ice for the first time. Was it worth $15.15? I don’t think so. offers a milk based shaved ice. The vanilla has a very mild flavor. There was only one layer of cookie crumbles towards the bottom, it definitely could use more. I think Bahama Buck's or Vampire Penguin is better and a lot cheaper. What do you think?
